No that's not the same thing. We're just not used to seeing them here. Most little boys are circumcised at birth. I'm not opposed to them, just never been with one.
I think the whole circumcision thing is technically weirder than hell anyway...why is it ok to chop of boy parts but female circumcision is an atrocity? Certainly the way it's done for the females is brutal, but it's just as pointless and cruel imo.
