Skipped the gym this morning because I was tired so I'm making up for it with crunches today and a walk along the river tomorrow.

Had 1 1/2 cups and went and ran the plow here and at the animal shelter. Stopped and shoveled the walk for the old woman down the hollow. She only had about 2" of snow down there.
