I agree I took the kids to a play group this morning that usually has free coffee. Didn't today. So I am tired this afternoon. I was going to go for a run but now I am going for a nap.

I promised myself to start running again today after a 3 month hiatus. I definitely need more coffee to keep up the energy level but I'm a 10 min drive to a Timmy's (or any coffee) so I'm just going to have to rely on sheer determination. hahahahah...ain't gonna happen!
