I honestly don't see her team as this murderers row that other people seem to think she has. She needs Vick to play as well as he did last year, *and* stay healthy (something he's never done). Then DeSean Jackson needs to stay healthy, and needs Vick to stay healthy. Vincent Jackson doesn't want to be in San Diego, so I don't see him putting forth near the effort as other guys. Ryan Mathews is a guy that I want to play well, but he has to prove that he can stay healthy (something he didn't do last year or any of his three years at Fresno State). Michael Turner had a great year last year, but he's pushing 30, which is around when you see a lot of RBs start to break down... though he's helped by the fact that he's only been a starter for a few years, so his body doesn't have as much wear and tear on it as others. Plaxico needs to remember how to play football (granted, he played alright in their preseason game... but that was obviously just preseason). With the departure of Braylon Edwards and Brad Smith, Holmes needs Plax to remember how to play in order to get some of the doubleteams off of him. Jason Campbell is an abysmal QB backup, and she needs to dump him ASAP.
Oh, and none of that even mentions the fact that she has two WRs on the same team, a RB and WR on the same team, and a QB and WR on the same team... not only does that leave the potential of them taking touches and/or scores away from each other, but if they run into a buzzsaw of a defense; it has the potential to significantly decrease production for both.
Basically, her players have a lot in terms of potential, but them playing to their potential is dependent on a lot of other factors. That's not to say she's got a bad team in the least bit, but it isn't nearly as good as some of you seem to think.
