My favorite was a tortilla with a pulled pork and bean filling. So yummy I could just keep eating and eating them

I've never had pulled pork with a tortilla b4. I've always had carne asada or beef. I should try that one time.

It's really annoying/disappointing. As they say, people that we care about/ loyal to are ones that can hurt us the most. I guess bcoz of our expectations and bcoz we care for them that we're not expecting something like that to happen. It sucks

Yeah, well a 115€ calculator is included in that. Oh I'm lucky enough that my parents are happy to pay and are ABLE to do so. But its still a shit load of money and sometimes I just feel like a big black hole of money to my parents

Yeah I agree. However. I think like any parents like yours who are willing to pay, I don't think they would see you as black hole. They're seeing more of an 'investment' to your future. But i know what you mean of course

Are E-books not used yet for Unis ? Would they be any cheaper maybe eh :unsure:

I'm not sure if I could get an online copy of these books but I am the kind of person who needs the physical books in front of me. I can't study off a computer screen.

Luckily here the universities are government funded so my tuition fees are only around 500€ a year, which is FANTASTIC

Some Unis i heard here now are doing loaners on used textbooks either donated by students or school funded. That helps esp with todays economy.
