I am in no hurry to be a VIP, and we have Force Protection Conditions. They are sirens, but they are not colored. Our Alarms are colored, which are different.

Yes, basically it's a condition an installation goes to in an emergency situation.

Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta. We went to Delta on Sept 11th. It was the first time in a LONG time.
