is a stick shift you have 3 pedals instead of just the gas and break you have one more and it is the one you use to disengage the trasmission from turning over
typically 5 gears

We dont deal in automatic's here so a standard really is standard here. Yes, i can drive one and no info required on a stick shift, I'm somewhat of an expert, years of practice

in the US we call stick shift cars "standard" and automatics "automatic"

I use my car to go to work and back (20 mins each way, probably 6 miles each way), to my folks house (again maybe only 7 miles) and thats really it. If I needed it more i wouldnt afford to live where I live.
