What is the weirdest, most exotic, or just strange food you have eaten?

Since you mentioned all the game above, I guess I could also mention Gator. Since this is Florida, I didn't think it's exotic. But to Northerners and such it might be.....

It can be rubbery if not done right. I've only had it a couple of times. Not my fav either. To me, Cow is the best meat. Run through a warm room.:cool

they taste nice but been so long i had some... i was maybe about 14 last time i had some ..

we used to go with my mother and sister out after the rain stop to find them and bring them home to cook
was the best time to be able to get some after the rain.

but to cook them you need to kow how... if not will taste bad ..and you need to leave them for a while to take out all the bad stuff before you cook them ..

they not slimey at all ... not sure what they do on restaurants but when we did this at home were not ..

you put then in in a bucket or something and you leave them for few days to remove the yuk stuff include the slimey..and lots of people put them in wine help faster to remove this then wash them good ..will be none left

I've had the pleasure (and dis-pleasure) in some cases of visiting many places around the world.

I like to try strange foods. I've eaten worms, snakes, spiders, etc.

No matter how adventurous I am with foods. I know i will never ever try these :yuk

What's that you ask? It's just soup.........with DOG meat as the primary ingredient.
