It was revealed by the Spanish Press apparantly. Are foreign press not affected by Super Injunctions then?

I don't get why a foreign journalist don't just go ahead and print the names then. It's causing more trouble having the 'celebrity' names hidden, because people are going to try and fill in the blanks anyway and that will lead to false accusations. It's a mockery of the whole system when someone like Jemima Khan gets accused of something, then can't adequately defend themselves.
At the end of the day, if celebrities want a squeaky clean image, they should behave better. Or go to better hookers, who won't tell everyone 5 minutes later.

I half agree with you but the upside of it is that everyone knows it's Ryan Giggs anyway but that tramp Imogen can't make any money from selling her story
