We're trying to not gloat, conspicuously. I think it's the right move.
It's better that we don't make a public spectacle of it.
You already did with all the celebrating that was done.
If you would have watched the news you would have seen and heard all the cheering that was going on in places like pro baseball games, bars and in the streets.... that's where. Oh... and right here on this site as well. What celebrating was that?

How the government presents a situation and how the public reacts are two completely different things. It wasn't the President who hired a marching band. It wasn't the Navy Seals that started a wave around the baseball stadium. The official announcement was measured and the body was handled with respect and decorum, so far as we know. You already did with all the celebrating that was done.
I understand that but what do you think the first thought that goes through the bad guys head when they see the party atmosphere carried out by regular Americans dressed in street cloths? Your government has already issued warning to it's citizens in certain countries to be very cautious so I thinks it's safe to assume they expect some sort of backlash to be carried out against ... you guessed it.... regular citizens. I mentioned that in the other thread when I first saw it and if it happens I won't be surprised. I hope it doesn't but ????????How the government presents a situation and how the public reacts are two completely different things. It wasn't the President who hired a marching band.
