I am sorry to hear about it acting up again. Is it a steroid shot? I hope it helps
It never stopped acting and got worse!
Now I have a bad case of bursitis and my foot is swollen.. He showed me some exercises to do, and I have to soak it a few times a day..
Didn't get the steroid shot after all, because my GP is not allowed to do that because the stupid insurance won't allow him... I have to go to a podiatrist for that.. grrrrrr :mad
He gave me a very small shot of Novocaine, but doesn't think it will do anything..
Frustrated to no end!!!!...

We have thunderstorms almost daily, and it's cloudy and humid the rest of the time..
Spring is bypassing us again this year.. The days that are warm, it rains.. and then it's chilly... :yuk
So no good weather to spend outside... :ninja
