At six PM tonight. I write well, and have only had one paper graded below an A. I wait until the last minute, I work better under pressure.![]()
I was always the same way. I needed pressure to get rid of the block....
I have to have the pressure. Nothing flows from me without pressure. It was one big block. I am ten years removed from college and SOOO glad I am... I keep pondering my masters, but I don't think I am ready yet...lol
You are much more disciplined than I! Congrats to you on that. My study habits sucked so.... I was LAZY in HS... I didn't need to study to get a 3.85.... it kicked my ass in college....
I really have no choice but to be motivated. I'll be 29 in August, and I don't yet have a college degree aside from an AS in Human Resources. Not my fault entirely, I was Enlisted in the Air Force from 18 to 26. I didn't get into school until after I was 27. So, I am a little slow out the gate. Academics have never been a problem for me, but I don't enjoy them. At all.
You chose the path that I would have been better off on. Even when I graduated I was not sure what the hell I was doing in life. I almost left college to enlist. I was thinking Army though... one of my good friends went Air Force at that time... it so happens that I met my ex wife to be who was an army brat... I chose her at the time... should have picked the Army lol...
LMAO And I meant COLLEGE graduation.... my thoughts were pretty jumbled though... I honestly don't regret it, but I would have been better off.. my problem was I was the 4th generation to play football at my Alma Mater.... It was an understood thing that that was what I was going to do...
What is your Alma Mater?
It's a small NAIA, Presbyterian school here in Kansas.
