That's awful!

The only place I call that gives an approximate hold time is the bank. It also says "one minute, thirty seconds" and never takes a whole minute.

I had called earlier only to find out without my model number they could not help me. So I had already answered the questions twice to even be on hold.

English?
Consumer or business?
Motor or parts?
Parts or local service rep?
Did I want genuine parts?

was watching a rerun of Seinfeld the other night and a telemarketer called him...
awesomesauce.....lol
CLASSIC!! I didn't even have to watch the clip, I know it word-for-word as soon as you mentioned Seinfeld. Me and my g/f are a little nutty over Seinfeld--have 8 seasons on DVD (already had most of them memorized before we bought them). I'm ordering season 9 within the next couple of weeks.

hello this is Punjab...how may I help you?

Actually the first call I got a young lady I assume was black. Her name started with a SH---- and ended with a quila or something like that. She was nice but no help without the model number.

Second call the older white lady put me on hold 4 or 5 times I am mentally picturing her dragging her walker to a filing cabinet or asking someone what to tell me next. Her name was not Peggy. I think it was Vicki
