Alexis thanks alot for sharing tha hon...and its true life cud be harder.. but im going through a difficult phase where its just me who can control it , but im out of energy at the moment to do anything.

Hk, true these exams do matter lots to me. But i havent got the right balance unfortunately.

Life sucks sometimes. You need to look at your goal. My goal is my MBA. You need to think of your inner life. What you say inside your head. Your attitude is everything. You can do anything you try. You have to have confidence in yourself. If you have to write it down, do that. Your mind is powerful. :)

Im sooooo suprised! Lol, finally sum intelligent feedback... just dat most forums dont contain this.

Well ya about the goal bit i agree, i alwaaaays think about my goals everyday and sure when i go school u get those 'bully' types who pick on that intelligent student the one hu seems to stand out.
Thats the thing in skool i dont have anybody to talk to AT ALL and i get sooo tensed n worried about that i tend to forget about my personal goals n life long dreams.

Its awwwwwwful. I feel ashamed sumtimes with my decisions n attitude bcuz i do so much for myself. But then i throw it away bcuz i feel that ppl r on my case all the time.

I wish to get good grades frm dat school! Then im more than "cant wait" to get outta tha school! I dnt really care bout makin friendship wid anybody der.

Taking breaks when studying is really helpful.

I also found it good to write down notes on post-it notes and stick them all over my room (especially near/on items you regularly use eg hair brush, mirror, light switch). Then if you get stuck in the exam and can't remember something you know you've studied, just think of your room and it helps to trigger memories.

Mm true. I usually talk to myself when i get depressed to get everything bak in percpective(not sure if i spelt that correct lol) but anyways...i tried to write down my feelins on paper, it really helps ^_^ n feel slightly better.
