Sometimes, not all the time
Sometimes when I'm figuring things out.
I talk to myself all the time, and find myself having full conversations with the dog :24: I'm a loon though
For me I find myself sounding like the black postal worker in MIB2.

OR at times when am rushing reports at work. I wanna zone myself out of others' voices/ noise around....it helps me concentrate
That's the one. Some times I could could carry on a conversation with R2D2 with the noises I make.

I always do and especially when at the start of the rare panic attack.
I work in a spa, and do it all the time while writing notes on my clients. Drives my boss nuts!
