We have a noon news break that lasts about 15 minutes. They just spent about 5 minutes of it talking about Prince Harry venturing to the north pole. More time than was spent on the nuclear plants & Japan recovery, Lybia or local news.

Usually it is a good source of local information. Unless the Prince had a BM today.
Well.... he is one adorable ginger.
A few things on the news don't make sense, like last year this 100 year old guy was going on holiday. And it was the last story on the news. I guess they wanted to close with a feel good story but it just seemed a waste of time. As for Harry going to the North Pole, doesn't bother me too much.
He's going to visit Santa!
He is going with several injured veterans but seems like blurb story rather than a headline.

think about it,harry was in afghanistan briefly,then the forces that be withdrew him because he'd be a prime target endangering himself and his mates,the fact that he's doing this with vets is a good humanitarian story

Could be worse. The other week on the news they had a huge special report about how there were a whole bunch of babies born exactly 9 months after the big flood we had last May. Basically they spent about 30 minutes implying people were getting busy while the flood waters were rising without actually coming out and saying it.
Guess it was a slow news say.

LOL! Everyone always talks about how good looking William is but he's looking more and more like Charles every day. It makes me laugh.
Harry, on the other hand, is maintaining his dashing good looks.
Ahhh well over here yesterday the news had a 5-10minute segment on the fact the chefs at Buckingham Palace are making canapés for the royal wedding.
