Yes, me and my two closest friends are like this on our Facebook walls but jokingly.

I have a friend, one of my very closest from high school who tries to make jokes and be funny on my Facebook and since my wife doesn't like her she always thinks she's just being a bitch.

I know plenty of people that just lack the social skills to know the time and the place to make jokes. Sometimes it happens on facebook. But a lot of the time, it just happens in random conversation.
