You could tell by the look on his face as Seb was looking at him during the press conference afterwards. Webber says "tried to pass Seb at the end and... not quite". He knew he could do it. Horner admitted Webber was pissed. Team orders are not banned though this season so even though Red Bull claimed there are non - evidently that's just B.S.

and it's so obvious that if it had been Seb going to over take Webber, they wouldn't have said a word :mad
 
German GP this weekend. Webber's great at this circuit....but he really needs to do something about his crappy starts!

Would love to see him beat Seb here.

Will Ferrari or Maclaren have a chance here or will it be Redbull all the way??

Interesting qualifying result. Vettel not on the front row for the first time this season. Webber on pole though I expect him to lose a couple of places at least within the first couple of bends, his starting is very poor. That would make it look like a battle between Hamilton in second and Vettel. McLaren really need to improve quickly which isn't helped by Button qualifying 8th.
 
That was a great Quali.Most exciting of of the year so far! Great Work by Hamo to get 2nd.

I expect Hamilton to lead the First lap.

Could be an exciting Race with rain expected.

I think Webber is strong enough to win this one even if he stuffs the start!

Guess it depends a lot of whether Webber is passed early by Vettel seeing his team wont allow him to overtake Vettel.

I think Webber has the pace to pass Vettel in the middle sector of the race even if he is beaten off the start by Vettel. Remember the awesome pace Webber had last time he Raced and won here even with a drive through penalty.

I think Hamilton is Webbers main concern because the tyres are lasting longer at this race and that might allow Hamo push harder and a lot longer in the race.

I wouldn't write off Alonso yet either and Button if it is slick due to rain.

Anyone got an explanation why Button was off the pace in Q3?

I think Button had a lot of trouble with his care which has been the big problem for McClaren all season. Hopefully we should get some rain to make it an interesting race otherwise it will almost certainly be yet another Vettel win again. At least the Ferraris are gaining ground and looking like contenders now.
 
Great Race really enjoyed that one!!

Well done to Hamilton. He drove really well today.

Good result for Alonso too.

Webber did his regular poor start lol...Slow pitstop ect. I don't think he can win a race this season. He failed to win at his 3 best tracks...Spain, Silverstone and Germany.

Vettel has proved he can't race even tho he had brake issues after lap 25...If he isn't out in front he can't win.

Shumi had a good race...was fun to watch.

Sick of the two Torro Rosso drivers....hopefully they both get replaced next season.

Off to Hungary next...Probably Alonso or Vettel to win that one.

That pisses me off. Was just reading this on the bbc website. It's almost become a tradition - to have F1 on the beeb after the disaster of coverage on ITV. At least they'll have half the races but no way am I subscribing to Sky just for this. I'll find another... inventive way to watch them.
 
Good win to Button. I should have had a bet on Button when I saw the weather before the race. Hindsight hey :-)

Alonso was unbelieveable to watch in Quali.

I've never seen a track with less grip in slightly wet conditions...They were all working hard during those first few laps!!

Did you guys see when Vettle (I think it was Vettle) came out of the pits after Heidfeld blew up and the Marshalls were towing the car up the middle of pit exit and Vettle got a big Sideways moment. lol guess he didn't expect to see a tow truck coming towards him as he exited pit lane :-)
