A couple of observations...

The original photos are fine just the way they are. But sometimes that exaggerated POP looks great hanging on the wall. So neither are wrong, just what you prefer to look at on any given day.
And one other observation.. Photographers are quite the whiny bunch. :dunno

I don't have a problem like you, as far as I know, Francis accepted my tip, something you got completely wrong about Francis. So I have nothing too think about, maybe you have to read nursery books too understand English again

My ears were burning so i knew my name had been mentioned.. I had to come on the board and see why although I am darn busy..

There really was no advice, so I have no idea what you would be talking about.. You also never replied.

The only other advice you ever gave me, along with others was to not just shoot picture dead centre ( use the rule of thirds ) which as I had told you I could not because I was on the deck of a ferry at 7 am with laptop in hand and was using my camera for the first time.

Seeing this was the first critique of my photography I was being polite and thanked you for the suggestion none the less. I think it's what most people call being "diplomatic"..

So here it is just for her. This wasn't done with the HDR program. I just fiddled a bit with the light is all what I done.

And the one I adjusted.... If a person was to spend a bit more time they could make it even better.

Kind of funny how that works. I can look at one and like it but if I look at it later on I don't. It changes with my mood.

Now if I could axe you to do me a favor and fix your post so everyone knows who you are talking about cuz you kinda broke the quote thingy and I don't wanna look like I didn't give you advice or in the least bad advice.

I have no problem with a critique if I axe for one which I wouldn't do here. I use a different site dedicated to pro's or very serious and knowledgeable shooters because I know the advice I get will be useful and based on photography, not " feelings".

As far as a critique and " the cup " is concerned you ever think about wearing a Kevlar chest protector or maybe even a full suit of body armor?
