I am so sorry. I know the feeling and it is terrible.![]()
Thank you Zatanna.. It is a terrible feeling, but it gets better when you remember how much unconditional love you get from them, every day that they are in your live.
I am so sorry. I know the feeling and it is terrible.![]()
Thank you for those words... you made me cry again ♥
Willow I know exactly how you feel. I lost my buddy " Barney " the monster sized cat after just about 15 years. That was ions ago and I still miss him. From one pet person to another I offer you my condolences. Although the memories will always be there along with the sadness it will get easier as time passes.
once again, am sorry willow, i am truelly sorry, i did not mean to be rude, i have had my cat died when i was a kid, bad feeling, though there was still days came after iti am sorry, i know it's only letters typed through a keyboard, but theres something in them that means more
I apologize for making you cry, Willow.
Just remember, the memories are what keep us close to ones we love.
There is no shame in showing how you feel either.
No need to apologize... It was a "good cry".. ♥
I normally do not speak for everyone...
...however...
...I am sure everyone here is here if you need someone to lend you an ear.
Me especially.
*hugs*...ya not a nice thing to lose a family member... my son and i still miss our fat cat and its been over a year now.
My condolances, hardest thing in the world is being there during someones last moments.
I held Kerrigan, our cat, while her heart stoppped as we were rushing to the emergancy vet.
*hugs*
Thank you for your understanding sweetie.
If you need any help at all or have questions, don't hesitate to ask me... I will give you as much info as I can..
Besides my 20 year old, I have three that have disabilities, and are 17, 16 and 15 years old , plus another 7 year old that has a heart condition and needs medication twice a day..
Sixteen is pretty advanced, but with care and patience, you will be able to make his last years easier.
I lost a deaf cat about a year ago. He was 17 and I used my own made up sign language with him
My 16 year old lost an eye because of an infection about two years ago, and is always bumping into things and falling from places because he misjudges distances..
Try to keep your kittie's nails as short as you can.. a nail file is handy too..![]()
I'm sorry to hear that
It always upsets me when my cats die.
I'm sorry to hear that, I've been through it with dogs, it really is like losing one of the family.
There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.
It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of all its beautiful colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows,
hills and valleys with lush green grass.
When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place.
There is always food and water and warm spring weather.
The old and frail animals are young again.
Those who were sick, hurt or in pain are made whole again.
There is only one thing missing,
they are not with their special person who loved them so much on earth.
So each day they run and play until the day comes
when one suddenly stops playing and looks up!
The nose twitches! The ears are up!
The eyes are staring and this one runs from the group!
You have been seen and when you and your special friend meet,
you take him in your arms and hug him.
He licks and kisses your face again and again -
and you look once more into the eyes of your best friend and trusting
pet.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together never again to be apart.
