It's like one of those turkish baths downstairs, absolutely freezing in the warehouse, then toasty warm in the kitchen, but you have to go back through the warehouse to get upstairs again....

No, for two reasons - firstly, I forgot to put any in my purse and secondly, I know I get them because my shoulders are too tense, so I'm trying to do exercises to fight the cause rather than get reliant on pills even though pills would be lovely right now haha.
