what does a newbie/newly established member have to qualify for- for you to like them and not ignore them? 
New Mexico Restaurant in a neighbouring town. The missus and I love Mexican food and it's our first choice if we're going out for a meal.

On here and in real life I usually hit it off straight away with people who have the same warped humour as me, interests and values. The only people I deliberately ignore are trolls and dick heads. Some people just dont ofter post much which interests me or I have anything useful to say on the matter and I believe in keeping your mouth shut if you have nothing worth saying.
