At work maybe, maybe off selling her body to pay her fucking rent, I have no idea but I'm sick of her shit, we've been trying to call our landlord for weeks about her he never returns our phone calls.
what kind of dog is it? people shouldn't have dogs locked up in apartments all day anyway, I don't blame the dog for being bored and barking. You have my sympathies though it must be really annoying. You should tell her sort it out or you'll report her to animal welfare and follow through!

I don't know what kind of dog it is, I don't associate with my neighbors so have never actually seen the dog, I just hear it day in and day out barking incessantly and running around crashing into shit all day upstairs.
You could always call animal rescue and say the dogs been barking constantly and you're concerned for it's safety alone in the apartment.

Okay, well, if the landlord is useless, you could possibly file a complaint somewhere? I mean, you could say something to the woman about her dogs but I don't know what good that would do considering she has no control over their barking when she's not home.
