It hasn't taken long for Lindsay Lohan to wind up in trouble.

The star, who is on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case, is now being investigated for possible grand theft, Los Angeles police officer Bruce Borihanh told AP today.
It all stems from a $2,500 necklace that was missing, but has now been found.
A jewelry store in Venice, Calif., reported the necklace stolen on Jan. 22, roughly three weeks after Lohan was released from three months of court-ordered rehab. The owner saw a photo on the Internet of Lohan wearing the necklace on Jan. 30. The owner told police that Lohan frequents her store, says TMZ. The site also reports that Lohan said her stylist lent it to her. It was returned by a friend of Lindsay's last night, reports Radar Online.
The district attorney's office is now considering whether to pursue charges. Meanwhile, prosecutors in Riverside County are still considering whether to press battery charges against Lohan over her December altercation with a worker at a Betty Ford Center facility in Palm Desert, Calif.
Lohan, 24, is due in court on Feb. 25 for a probation hearing.

somebody needs to pull a train on lindsay lohan if anybody were to ask me. 10 or 20 crusty scooter tramps ought to do the trick.

i'm amazed that i was able to get enough shit together over this to give it this much ever to tell you so.
