i'm missing something here. what's redundant? the company name?
it comes out sounding a little stupid but i don't see anything redundant about it. details is the name of the business and auto detailing is what they do. the probably pick up the phone and say. "details".
i've often wondered what these guys say when they answer their phones:

Details and Detailing is a bit redundant. By having detailing in the name you already know what they do....

I think an apostrophe would make it better --> Detail's Auto Detailing
naw that would just look stupid and people would assume his last name was Detail.
Detail = business name. Hence Detail's Auto Detailing.
