I suppose when one adds fuel to the "fire" and continues dwelling on the same issue is considered to be mature? Perhaps we can just move on from this if no one can respect one another on this thread. It is a rather simple concept and after all...

You do not seem to get the point. I was referring to you being just as "childish" as TommyTooter was in his own post and one should not insult other users to get their own point across. I do not condone his post to you to "...piss off...", but surely you are not endorsing the whole "...well he did it first.." clause so to speak. It, indeed, would make you just as "childish" as him.

Anyways, as I stated once before in my previous post. Please allow all of us to move on from this and agree to disagree with one another at best. I am sure we can all get past something so meaningless and get along overall. Thank you for "allowing" me to state my own opinion in the matter as well.

I think of myself as a tolerant and compassionate guy, but there is a line that people just shouldn't cross with me, they can SAY whatever they want and I won't do shit, but if they make physical contact with me in any way whether it's a belly bop or a poke to the chest then they're just begging for retaliation.

i know the feeling dude. i was just like that when i was younger. one little thing i do when the tempers and volume start to escalate helps prevent a lot of unnecessary and counter-productive violence.

make sure that you are out of arm's reach of your opponent. then you don't have to worry about a belly bump, poke or getting clocked by a punch out of nowhere.

it also forces them to rush at you if they want to get physical. a little move and they're on the ground, often ending the fight quickly, especially when they break something on the way down.

for you to actually be the compassionate person you think you are, i would think you need to either learn to have a little more sympathy for people like this girl or not mention that you don't have any sympathy for them. that at least is compassionate by not saying anything to make their situation worse.

xeno, i'm a performance artist. not famous but successful enough that bouncers would gladly remove people like peter if i asked them to. he is disruptive and rude and rarely enters threads that i start with any useful remarks. if he continues to attempt to harass me, i'll just have to take it up a step. i already included one mod in the note i sent him trying to get him to LMTFA. he's half my age and an arrogant twit with brain cells damaged from heavy drug and alcohol use.

That is, indeed, understandable.

However, to add fuel to the fire of those who want attention (if that is what he is trying to do) is not helping matters either. I know chivalry is needed at times, but mere words can not effect reality and reality is that Sadie is a very kind person deep down inside. One must show their maturity at times by letting the fire die down on it's very own. Without fuel...
