Anyone else feel like they're not getting the greatest shave with a quad razor shaver?

I love how everytime they improve a razor it's by adding another fucking blade. Years from now we'll all be buying the new 1,345 blade razor.

I thought about patenting the 4 blade idea when they're brought out the three blade edition. You can see where they're going with this, can't you.
I never understood the principle behind it either. "Less irritation" they claim. Less irritation with 4 blades? I use proper razor blades and only need a single stroke because they are that sharp in comparison.

And this highlights a massive problem in our consumerist patterns. Rather than manufacture better cheaper and environmentally sound single or 2 blade razors, these cheap and pointless gimmicks are used to maintain higher prices and keep the profits flowing in at the expense of the consumer and the environment.

My Gillette Fusion ProGlide gives me the best shave I've ever had... granted, since I have a beard, I don't shave nearly as much as someone without one would, but for my purposes it works better than anything else ever has.
Oh the purpose of the OP was to say i think I got a better shave with 3 blades....
IMO, beards are awesome. Except when they get all shaggy and gross with hairs longer than other ones.
Oh and shavers with Piveting heads... Suck... I like my heads to be stationary. It feels like I'm getting a better shave.
