Oh well, a good cup tie ruined by a shit ref. Back to the business of staying up.
Nice to see Etherington atempting and failing to cheat his former club out of the cup too.:thumbdown

In fairness a few decisions were dodgy. West Ham's first goal was a handball, Stoke's might have been obstruction...I'd say West Ham should have had a penalty.

Everyone ought to be thankful it is too, the other semi will be awful. Imagine that as a final. With us or City there the final would be better. I think we'll win personally, Mancini will go ultra-defensive again I think. History tells us no different.

50,000. Each club gets a 25,000 allocation I think, the rest goes to the suits.

I'll be selling maps soon to City fans to make sure they get to Wembley ok, they might not know the way.

You say this but two things;

- You live nowhere near Manchester so I think it's a general assumption that all Mancunians are City fans, when in fact that's wrong, and that's just from walking in Manchester seeing the different fans. Sure they have fans from Manchester, but so do we.

- Even if it were true, it makes you wonder how there can be so many empty seats at the council house. Surely if in a city with so many City fans they'd be able to fill their stadiums. Darn berties.

I think Bolton will win to be honest, I think they are more geared up to play on a bigger pitch and they are a fairly big team themselves so could probably deal with the throw in's from Stoke. Plus 11 vs 11, they have a better team than Stoke.

I think Stoke can do it. Time and time again teams think they can deal with Stoke's physical and aerial presence, only they can't.

Well compared to the Manchester Derby out of Manchester...it will be. If Stoke get to the final, they'll be in Europe next season, if I'm not wrong. Birmingham and Stoke city in europe...Oh dear!
