It's been pretty cold here the last while...seeing as how it's winter and all. This is what part of the weir on the river looked like a few days ago.

Yea same here. My theory is that a little bit of water freezes, and then the water running over it freezes, and this process repeats until it's all frozen.

The river steams when it gets super cold. It would make for some interesting pictures but there is no way I'm going outside when it's that cold.
