im certain commercials are getting longer
theres more commercials than actual programming.
the fact infomercials have their own channels

if you watch older specials and programming you can certainly tell... they edit out stupid shit so they can fit more commercials in between, and push shows to the very last minute of the hour/half hour.

Trust me, from what I've heard about adverts of telly in the USA, it's far worse! We dont get nearly as many here and even they drive us round the bend, I'd end up throwing my telly out of the window if the go compare guy was on as much as he would be if the advert was in the USA!:willy_nilly:
