Heavy snowfall returns to UK

I guess you could say that it's snow joke out there.

I've never seen snow falling like this before, very heavy and very quickly.

So let us all thank climate change for days off

I don't even think it was so heavy, in such a short period of time, last year and that was pretty bad.

Its very heavy around my area of London, and I'm suppose to have a photoshoot in Central London tomorrow, don't think it will go ahead

Passengers have described chaotic scenes as flights were cancelled at Heathrow's Terminal 5

This is the snow here right now. Got down to -7 last night, coldest I've ever known it in Harlow!

I had nearly 5 hours of continual heavy snow yesterday and I've heard that more snow is due on Monday :willy_nilly:

Though I'm hoping it misses where I am becuase I want to go out on my birthday :surrender

Just hope it's not going to be too bad on Tuesday when I have to get down to Brixton for the Pogues gig. It's not supposed to snow any more till Wednesday but all the snow we've got isn't going anywhere as it's so damn cold. Supposed to get down to -9 here tonight!

They were talking about similar temperatures here last night, but walking home I found it very hard to believe it was much below freezing
My suspicions were first raised when they said it was -7 when the snow started... Seems strange that such heavy snow could maintain in such low temperatures...

It's currently -8°C (I think that's about 18°F) and BBC weather this morning had more snow coming towards Bucks. But it might miss where I live.

friend of mine who has been on buisness in Frankfurt was due back to canada yesterday, he is stuck in London till Christmas day

this is a proper british winter,we've had it easy for some years now

it was -9 when i went to work this morning and its now blowing a blizzard
