Couldn't Help It...

Alright, so, this morning, as I'm sitting by my bedroom window and all that, it's freaking downpouring outside, and, to my sight, I end up seeing a small kitten wandering around in the cold out back. Ya know, for the person I am, being an a-hole often, but so kind at heart, I end up going outside, and taking the kitten into my house.

Now, the strange thing, is I found out this can't isn't even from where I live. This kitten's home is ALL the way across town... I'm thinkin' "How the hell did you get here?"

Well anyways, I guess I couldn't help it, but, I put up some fliers this morning (even though the rain won't help), and I'm sort of considering keeping this beautiful kitten.

Well, I hope the owners can find one of the fliers so that I can return him... if not, I'm naming him after a character in my favorite video game... Sora.

Hmm, well everyone, what are you all thinking bout this?

I don't think the family will bother looking, or, the family abandoned the kitten, seeing as how this kitten made it ALL the way across town...

It had a collar on. I don't really think I'm psychic and I don't mean to sound like a smartass, but I didn't know there was others ways of figuring that out.

All it says on the collar is:

"June"
Motel 6 #9, Carson City, NV

But, Motel 6 is currently under re-construction from what I've heard... so, from what I know, no one is living there.

(I didn't want to type it all up again)

But yeah, as far as I know, Motel 6 in Carson City is under re-construction... so, if the owners do live there, then they must be living under alot of rubble or something...

And, if they don't live there, then I'm not sure how else to find the owners...
 
Why dont you just report it found to the police station?

I've found dogs lose before, taken them home and phoned up the police station to say I've found them and will look after it till someone reports it missing. Everytime the owner has phoned up by the morning.
 
there has to be some way of getting in touch with the motel and seeing if the owners are still around, if they actually had that typed up and put on a collar Im sure they would be looking.
Also if you put up fliers did you do it on the side of town the owners are from? Im sure they wouldnt be wandering around your side of town looking for fliers.
Peter here he could call a shelter and see if the owners reported it missing instead of the police station, thats a great idea also!
 
Is the cat gray with little white stripes?

If so, the cat use to belong to the manager at Motel 6 but ran away in June or July. She has since moved away according to Brenda (775)855-7710 who works at the motel.

Call her and she can give you the rest of the details...
