Strictly speaking 'Did' should only be used in a first person situation, for example

"I did it already", or "He did it".

Would be correct. But if it goes plural, then it has to become "Done", for example.

"He's done it" or "I've done it"

'He' isn't first person.
You're getting singularity and plurality confused with tense. But I see what you were trying to say and it is true.

I've never used the word "did" in that situation. IMO, it makes you sound illiterate and uneducated.

Interestingly, the phrase, "I got my hair done" is an idiom anyway.
