I love to get my hair done, mostly I do it myself but once a month or so I like to get a trim, or even do something new. Not to mention my nails and toes...lol..I like to pamper myself once in a while, why not right?

It's Okay. "Getting your hair did" Just sounds stupid. People also say "getting their nails did".
Strictly speaking 'Did' should only be used in a first person situation, for example
"I did it already", or "He did it".

I've never used the word "did" in that situation. IMO, it makes you sound illiterate and uneducated.
