hate it been sick and need to do all the damn work .. went to sleep late like 9:30am and wake up at 1 ..didn't even sit down few minutes i had to cook lunch, hubby is home and could not even cook anything for both of them :mad

I just heard that we're expecting another snow storm tomorrow afternoon and into saturday....grrrrrr
I hate my goddamn fucking idiot of a boss that has no concept of the fact that time = money. He's had me working on a project that will probably net the company *maybe* $150 by retrieving old data. Well, after the time I've spent on this lost cause, plus external support costs, and shipping costs... we're well over $2,000 in total money lost on this... most of that being my time. Plus it's taken me away from projects that could actually generate revenue and marketing for the company.
He was on my ass about it as soon as I got in today, after I worked until 1am this morning. I told him I'd get to it in the afternoon because I had a project that needed to get done by noon. So he comes in here at 12:15p demanding to know what the status was, and he got all pissed off at me when I told him I hadn't started on it today.
I'm going to kill him one of these days at the rate he's going. He's a grade A complete dickhead.

I finished what I could do and mailed the stuff off to our parent company who has better resources to finish it. Fuck it, I'm done with that shit now. So I can move on to my next proje.... oh wait I can't. Because I have to finish a different one that someone else is working on before I can replace our 15 year old e-mail server with a brand new server that's just sitting around doing nothing.
