It isn't supposed to snow here this early but it did. It's bloody cold as well. The wind is howling out of the NNE and it's coming right at us from the mountains. I moved from the prairies to get away from that crap but it's not to be.

Anywhoo... I went looking for some nice snow covered tree shots and brightly sunlit mountains but we didn't get enough to gimme what I wanted. These will have to do for now.

Ed you're blowin' it outa your ass. :D I lived up north and in the stinkin' prairies for many years so I know all about cold weather and snow. When I moved back here I told myself the only place I ever wanted to see it again was in picture books or on tv.

Well I only experienced 2 winters in northern BC but I totally fell in love with it. You should know by now that you've just got to adapt to the temperatures outside. Seeing as you've got a good few months of cold temps and snow every year, why not enjoy it?

Personally, give me -40ºC and 5ft of snow over hot sunny weather any day.

Ed I refuse to adapt to it again. I've adapted to cold weather enough in my life already. That's why I moved back to the coast. It's that stinkin' global warming working it's wonders. This area never used to get these temps. It's supposed to be the bestest climate in Canada.

Why? Cuz I wouldn't live in a deep-freeze or a refrigerator and that's what it's like. I absolutely hate it.
