Ever wanted to try out some job, but never had the education to do it?
Or maybe you just were afraid of what might happen if you did?

What job did you want to try that you haven't done yet?

I always wanted to do Medical Engineering... make medicine for people and stuff.
Either that... or a game designer/video producer.

It's weird, as anti social as I am and as much as I hated school I've always thought it would be cool to be a teacher.

When I moved to New York I had a degree in Social Services but wanted to try a different field. I applied at the Human Resources of a Hospital and walked into a job that led up to me being a Human Resource Analyst. It was scary to do but led up to a great on the job training and a great salary!

this is one of the biggest shortcomings of our societies, and that's the difficulty in changing profession.

to be honest, I'm sick of computers, I'm sick of websites, I'm sick of graphic design. I really want a new career, away from the computer, doing something a little more meaningful.

I wanna have my own restaurant business too. I had been thinking of getting into restaurant franchise but it costs a whole lot of $$$$$$ :eek

I've always wanted to be a Psychologist or a Nurse Anesthetist. Geez! :eek They earn so much money per year and most of what they do is sit and type reports especially for the Psychologist. I may try it sometime instead of going for my masterals
