First one is a wee bit too dark, last one looks like you tried too hard to include more of the cityscape on the left (is that a church spire thing or something else?) to the detriment of the bridge and overall pic.
Middle one definitely best - the bridge draws you into the picture

The cookies? :unsure:It's clearer for sure but I don't know how easy or hard it would have been with regards to positioning yourself but having been 'spoilt' by the previous images, something along the distance of the last shot but a bit more left to avoid the bridge - whilst taking in more of the downtown stuff would have looked good.
This shot seems almost 'too close' (but only by virtue of having seen your previous shots). It's not a bad shot - but there is one distracting thing in it for me. Just one. See if you can guess what that might be
