Anyone ever play the trading card game "Netrunner"?

I'm curious, my stepbrother today gave me a box FULL of Netrunner cards, there must be hundreds of them in there, anyone know anything about this game, like are the cards worth anything? I'm thinking about putting them up for sale on ebay.

lol but I don't have a thousand Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards lying around taking up space in my home, I want to be rid of these things but I don't want to just throw them away either.
