Nope. It's a young bald eagle. They don't usually get their white heads and tail feathers until they are about 5 years old.

I have not been able to get a shot of one that I know of but the more I look at these the more I suspect it might be. Sometimes it's so hard to tell different species apart. I might post the shots at a different site I go too just to get the " experts " opinion.

I also took a pile of in-flight shots without the tripod but the lighting was so shitty I ended up trashing 'em all. They ended up being silhouettes.

I Googled both (golden and juvenile bald eagles) and I couldn't decide which one yours were. I think the golden eagles have a bit of a lighter (golden) head than the one in your pics but I dunno...hard to tell.
