with mine when it gets long under the stetson I wear it in a french braid.. or pigtails.. the pigtails make me look about 12.

When I say sweetner it's Splenda.. My Tim's XLarge is 3 cream 3sweenter... and it just barely takes the bitter off their coffee. If I order from Starbucks.. 3 cream two sweenters.

I got into using it at home when mom was diagnosed with diabetes. So now it's second nature for me to use it.. ...

Same as the reason I drink diet pop... etc..

yeah, when I was diagnosed in 2004 I cut back on the sugar in take as well
