lulz, I'm not her biggest fan.
1. alcohol
2. tomahawk (pretty handy all purpose tool for defence and survival)
3. cigarettes or tobacco and paraphernalia (hey i'm stranded on a desert island. might as well start again)
4. zippo lighter with extra fuel (lots of uses really)

I don't get these kinda questions. If you're going to be stranded on a desert island you don't get pick what you bring. You just get stranded. Hell... Tom Hanks had to make do with a volleyball.
