I am thinking excavation is expensive..so they didnt do any more than they had to

Not really.. They seemed to have built up our lawn, driveway and everything.. there is an 8 inch drop in our back yard to the one next door... Its a pain in the butt!

I am thinking iPod and bed should be happening right now.
