That's exactly how Liverpool fans think though. Sign a couple of players in the Summer and it'll be on. Then in October/November when you realise we and the other top clubs are walking away with it, it'll be the 2012/13 season.

What I've quoted was from a journalist who said

They're just doing enough...getting the rub of the green...jammy late goals...not a patch on some of the previous teams...going to get found out before the end...

:D

But we've already won the Title. The journalist obviously belongs in a home.

Number 19 as I keep saying, Liverpool won't reach that, in fact we'll just keep pulling further away.

Why does a journalist saying it make any difference? The're just paid for an opinion about something that many of them have proved, they clearly know nothing about. The'll write any old shit as long as it gives them another pay day.

Man u are the best team in the league by a country mile. Anyone with a brain can see that, and has no need of a know-nothing journalist to confirm it to them.

We have a very good team. It's not the best ever to win the League under Ferguson, but it's pretty damn good. Van Der Sar is a great keeper who we need to be very careful in replacing. Ferdinand and Vidic are the two best centre Halves in the Country, bar none, Evra's awesome. Carrick is decent, Nani and Valencia are awesome, the old guard still have it and the strikers are wonderful.

That is why Vidic and Ferdinand let in a goal inside the penalty area when United were having all the pressure =/ Me thinks not:24:

That goal wasn't their fault if you had a TV and watched it. It was a mixture of PIG and Evans.

They are fantastic, Rio's so calm on the ball and Vidic is the tougher defender. Good combination.

The only weak point I feel in the united team is in the centre of the park, but they're still better than most.

Tuffdisc, I don't know what the hell you're talking about... Most real liverpool fans have accepted and congratulated United on overtaking them.

What 'real' Liverpool fans? I doubt there would be any football fans in this country who would congratulate them for diving their way to the record.

Not really though is it? Your post just smacks of bitterness. He's right though, most Liverpool fans have said congratulations and moved on. The same Liverpool fans who kept supporting the team when Roy Hodgson was there.

Do you know how many titles man utd had to their name before Sir Alex came in? 7.

So did he cheat his way to the 8th?
So did he cheat his way to the 9th?
So did he cheat his way to the 10th?
So did he cheat his way to the 11th?
So did he cheat his way to the 12th?
So did he cheat his way to the 13th?
So did he cheat his way to the 14th?
So did he cheat his way to the 15th?
So did he cheat his way to the 16th?
So did he cheat his way to the 17th?
So did he cheat his way to the 18th?
So did he cheat his way to the 19th?

Perhaps it was all luck instead?

Yeah they did, perhaps you should read that article instead, I don't think you're an Arsenal fan :24:

Like I said tuffy, I don't need some fat bearded media-arts drop-out sitting in an office in London eating doughnuts and drinking coffee telling me about football. I can formulate my own opinions based on knowledge and common sense.

Yeah this. The problem is with Journalists is that some people always believe them. Their opinion is no more or no less valid than yours, they just happen to get paid for it.

End of the day we deserved to win the Title, we have been the better side throughout and have a winning mentality. It comes from the manager, the senior players and it's been passed on well to the younger players.

Liverpool will be closer next season, but not necessarily challenging. That'll take a lot more work plus the fact is we, Chelsea and Arsenal have far superior teams. There's also Man City who don't strictly speaking have a team yet but have good players (Silva, Tevez, Yaya, Kompany) plus they can throw money at the problem if players aren't performing or just don't fit it. I think Tevez is leaving though, Kia needs a payday.
