I don't think Torres will be getting a good reception but since it's at Stamford Bridge the worse he'll be getting is a good kicking around.

Breaking news : Gary Neville retires from football with immediate effect. He's been a fine player down the years but when Sky Sports come calling....

So he finally calls it quit when he's playing less than Michael Owen and Scott Parker! I'll admit he was a brilliant Right-Back in his prime but his antics against Liverpool aren't gonna be forgotten.

A good win, though I hope it is not too late to beat Tottenham/Chelsea to fourth spot for the CL next season, if we are out of contention, I blame Hodgson

I'd also blame the players as well but it's the manager mostly. But if we manage to get 4th spot then that would be a dream.

I doubt it to be honest, I just think with Chelsea's resurgence now and them being the lowest team, sure they could conceivably drop again, as could Man City if they hit a blip. Liverpool's hope is Arsenal to a point, in regard to sixth place becoming a Europa league place if they win the Carling Cup.

I can't see Liverpool hitting fourth. Man City don't give away much, and Chelsea and Arsenal are a class above right now. The title basically belongs to Man utd already.

Next season, I think Chelsea will be Liverpool's big rivals for fouth place, they've got a lot of old legs in there and an impatient owner willing to shake up his managing staff.

West Ham are off bottom with another away win, this time at Blackpool, 3-1. Keane on his debut and 2 goals including a pick that one out thunderbolt, 5 goals in 2 games now, from Obinna, the guy is looking shit hot! Next up, Birmingham at home who we already beat there the other week in the cup. A win will see us out of the relegation zone. It's looking good! COYI!!!

Looking at the table, it is highly unlikely to happen, but miracles have happened before

It all depends on how quickly that admittedly good looking offensive four of Gerrard, Meireles, Carroll and Suarez can gel. Shame Liverpool don't have any decent players on the flanks, then they'd really be a threat.

Well we did use a Wingback formation which is something that can work in the English league but not in Europe.
