It's National Cheesecake day and there's no Cheesecake Factory's here. :(
I've only been to the Cheesecake Factory once; we don't have one around me, but it was once when I was on vacation with one of my cousins. But it's good stuff! I can't remember but I think I had the turtle cheesecake.

Seriously. Cheesecake Factory cheesecake is just that good. I like their coffee flavored cheesecake. Mmmmmmm.....
Yes everywhere else I have lived has had a Cheesecake Factory and I frequented them often. I love chocolate cheesecakes! They are the bomb!

just cover your chess pie with a bra and it should keep. just remember to remove the bra from your chess pie before serving:D

I've had a chocolate chess tartlet before, but I wouldn't say it really reminded me of cheesecake. More like a thick chocolate pie...w/ kind of a richer taste. REALLY good!!! I'd personally refrigerate any pie...but I also had a nasty case of food poisoning once from some lemon meringue, so that's just me. LOL

Wooo! All of my girlfriends live over an hour away. I need a closer one.

Mine looks like that....but without the meringue. My new-to-me cell phone has a crappy camera but I think you can get the idea.

I am hoping this caramel one will come out alright as well. It seems too simple to be true. You just boil a can of sweetened condensed milk for 4 hours and pour in a crust. I don't know if I have much faith in it. Guess we will see!

I'm coming to your house to have a slice ok? :D

And I love making caramel. So easy but sooo yummy.
