I'm a graphic designer by trade but my last job was as a Mac Technician, so yeah, support and training. Came across stuff like that quite a bit. Is that what you do?

I used to...unfortunately I had some major health problems and my job let me go...and now I can't find another one.
I was gonna go back to HP and work for Sun Microsystems, but they're closing down that department.
Job pool sucks.

sorry to hear that. I got made redundant, ooh, must be a month ago now. Absolutely sucks. There's no jobs at all around at the moment

I know...and when I say that no one believes me...I've been applying to places for like four months now...
Course I don't have any certs or a degree...
So obviously I fail at life. xD
Good luck in the search, us IT peeps gotta stick together.
fingers crossed something comes up for you soon. It's bleak over here, I haven't actually seen a single job in my field so far... my social security is only for 4 months so some thing's gonna have to change

I don't even care about getting into my field...but finding what I used to make...or anywhere near it. No scratch that, finding something that pays what my unemployment does, would be nice. -Dead-
... and having a family that isn't.
I find that even if I teach people how to do it properly they still would rather do it their way.
so that's what you women are calling it now. "health problem"
I do PC support. some Mac support but I love working on PCs.

Yah it landed me in the hospital 17 times in one year and my boss eventually had to let me go cause I'd miss so much work for it.
