in six month we'll see the largest tax increases in history

The whole blame Bush song and dance has gotten really old... it's like he thinks he can skate by his entire term blaming Bush for anything and everything. Hell, they blamed him for the oil leak in the gulf... what's next, the hot weather on the east coast?

It's time for him to own up and admit that he's failed, big time.

I don't agree with the tax increases (though...I guess the money has to come from somewhere if we want all these changes? :() but about Obama blaming everything on Bush? People are STILL blaming Clinton for crap- even the oil spills!

And yes, I love the Daily Show, and Colbert.

Just more political BS games, they blame so many people that by the time they're done talking you're going 'Shit I don't have enough bread crumbs to get home.'

We don't want these fucking asinine changes... I don't want higher taxes, I don't want government run health care, I don't want any of that shit. It's unconstitutional, just like Social Security.

Whoever ends up as President after Obama is going to have one helluva mess to clean up.

I was just askin what you would do in the situation Retro?
I'd like to hear your ideas on the subject.

To be honest, I'm tired of debating it... it's all been said around here for the last year. Feel free to use the search function though, you'll see my stance on the issue. It basically boils down to an issue of Constitutionality and uncontrolled deficit spending.

For you as someone who is very unhappy with Obama it's in your best interests to promote shifting as much blame to Obama as possible. Fair? no. Understood? yes.

I'm sure he'll have inspired some others come the next election. I can't imagine libertarianism will die simply because Paul isn't running.
Paul is damaged goods, thanks to the lies and unfair ridicule piled upon him by all the people who benefit from the status quo - even those who benefit from bitching about the status quo. Hopefully there will be more very soon willing to step up and take his place, because several will have to be martyrs before the public realize the depraved depths the Republicrats have sunk to.

Regardless, the ideas and ideals of liberty will not die any time soon.

No one in the USA, legally or illegally, are unable to get medical help. That's a myth spread by Washington control freaks and those who would profit massively by socialized medicine..

Is this in reference to being able to visit an ER or pay out of pocket only?
With the ER my highest bill has been 23,000 (Thank goodness I had insurance) and after that 17,000 (that one too.)
I'm talking about people being able to afford medical care...doctor's visits, prescriptions, and hey- I'd love to be able to get into therapy again (Cause I'm batshit nuts xD) but most practices in my area won't even schedule you if you don't have insurance. They know people can afford that.

If there's a secret health insurance offering, please (PLEASE) inform me.
