I've been holding back for about a month, finally gave in after a crappy day at work. I got to feel proper sorry for myself or it won't happen! Sometimes it's not always good having such a stiff upper lip, but then over sensitive people kinda annoy me lol!
I can cry at the drop of a hat when it comes to movies or even stupid commercials. When it comes to real life, not so much. I'll hold it in until I finally just break down...and it's never pretty when it happens.
I never cry, not at films, at real life, tv shows. I have a meltdown once every 6 months roughly and that's me done. It's never pretty when I have a meltdown, I cry uncontrollably until I fall asleep. Wake up the next day and get on with it like nothing happened. Lol.

LOL I hear ya. It doesn't happen very often for me...maybe once every few years. I was long overdo...I've been fighting it since just before Christmas.
I try really hard not to cry because I cry HARD. For days after, my eyes stay swollen and red, I get a hungover feeling and sometimes I actually get sick.

I feel GREAT... Slept great... woke up in great mood....
I feel much better today. I think it has a lot to do with filing my income taxes last night and realizing I'm getting a nice big fat refund check. 
^I'm excited for mine as well lol.
I actually did it wrong and thought I owed almost $2K. :eek I almost had a heart attack. After checking I realized I made an error and corrected it and found that I was instead getting a refund. I felt oh so much better and the rest of everything I was grumpy about seemed unimportant. :24:
I'm about the same. I'll cry like a baby tomorrow too since my best mate is leaving the country for at least 2 years. Not gonna be pretty!!
