Here we go guys, me and the rest of the band were so pleased with the response from the video of Impaler's Gift, we decided to record our next favorite song as well. Here is Class Dismembered, based on the events of the Columbine shooting. I put a lot of time in on this song, watching the videos, reading the interviews, the diaries of the shooters, anything I could get my hands on. It's a quick song, only about 3:30 or so, but I'm very proud of this one both musically and lyrically. Horns up fuckers!

have you been looking into how to promote yourselves online? I've been researching for a while now and there's so much you can do beyond just getting a MySpace page these days. Have you got an album recorded?

Album is in the works, tentatively titled "Sum of All SIn" . We have a total of 5 songs finished, including an instrumental. We're almost there, we want AT LEAST 8 songs, but we're shooting for more. And yeah, I'm not gonna bother with a label or anything, I'll do all my own marketing online, selling, going through a distributor, all of it. We're doing a photoshoot this week so we can start making the online promotional materials and pages. You got hookups or something? We're always looking for connections.

no hookups yet. I'm writing songs but I'm not really going to start promotion until it's ready. My GF bought me a book about it which is really helpful.

I was thinking of using CDBaby for the central distribution of CDs, they get you into iTunes and stuff too. I was going to get them pressed at http://www.oasiscd.com/ because they help with promotion and things. Check them out, they offer loads of advice and stuff.

I've heard of CDBaby. I'll have to look into that site too. That would certainly help. Make sure you put your stuff up on a site called Vicious Enterprises. The only way a person can listen to your stuff is to download it (free of course) but still. It's worldwide, and actually really good for exposure. www.viciousenterprises.net

Sucks you can't hear the vocals as clearly as you should because it's self vid and from the instruments being so close. But from what I gather it's pretty good.

Yeah, they weren't as good as the other one for sure... but we're going to remedy that on the next video. We're still kinda playing with the placement of the PA speakers. For a shitty hundred dollar camera, I'm stoked I got anything out of it, hahaha.
